Our real estate agent was the best. She
dragged us all over Brunswick County until
the cows came home. I think we spent three
days with Gail. She acted like we were old
friends and she just wanted to show us
around her part of heaven. As we refined
our needs, she honed in on Ocean Harbour
Estates. "love at first site". If you want
honest, trustworthy information about our
area, give Gail a try. And I'm not being paid

Fairly accurate but really should have
someone look them over. There were
a few issues that our brother-in-law
found and some our builder found.
Nothing major. We expanded the
garage by 10 feet and the study by
about 2 feet, on the right side of house
to increase the room and remove a
complex foundation.

We're just to the bottom of Ocean
Harbor Drive. Actually, this shows
Devaun Park going completely across
that spit of land, which isn't true. It
ends at Ocean Harbor Drive. Behind
our house is a golf fairway that's not
being used.

Really nice view of ICW and Atlantic
Ocean. Nice pool and hot tub. Style is
a little too Roman for us. House is
made from foam blocks with concret
poured into the center. Very nice
construction.
