Both sides are glued up and ready to sand. Above is just
one panel. I have a 16" panel sander, just need to figure
out how to put on that sandpaper strip.

wanted to do this to save future time.
Panel sanded to 3/16 on both sides.
This came out good. Ribs are being
test fitted. Still need to punch in
lighting holes.

^^^ made a bunch of braces to support
90 degree setting for ribs. Seems to
work well.

surf was rotting this morning, wicked side wind with waves
