Here's some of my wood work. Considering my normal work is rather intangable, working
with wood is very rewarding. My style is taken from early Craftsman (Greene and Greene)
along with MacIntosh. I also like Japanese simplicity, which is where the piece pays homage
to and to Craftsman style. It's made from cherry, with ebony pegs.

Plans came from Authentic Arts & Crafts Furniture Projects by folks at Popular
Woodworking. ISBN number is: 1-55870-568-6.
This rear rest design is my own. It's dado's and a
little twising.
The following dresser is 'work in progress'. It's white maple from a local saw mill.  Inlays are
walnut. The top will 'float' and is cherry with white maple inlays..at least that's the plan.
Drawer construction is called NK after the famous Swedish department store who developed
this style of dovetail joints and sliding rails. Makes the drawers slightly more difficult to
produce but is interesting constuction technique.
The off color is where I did some test scraping.
Drawers are NK style. Rather complicated but
interesting. Not certain if I'd do it again that
way.
