Well we started in August of '05 and completed in late June of '06. Almost exactly what our builder, Tony Page,
estimated. We can honestly say this was the most complicated process we've ever done, but that's a given.
Tony was masterful. No surprised, no hidden charges, just an honest builder to takes pride in his craftsmanship.
We were rarely on site, maybe every month and a half, but through his cell phone, was always in reach. His
guidence/suggestions/humor really made this enjoyable. Our house came out perfectly.
Now we just need to move south and finish some of the detail work we wanted to complete ourselves. Like the
powder room down stairs, and painting. Most rooms are painted, but we were indecisive about others. Also
need to finish both bonus rooms. One is for Adrienne's sewing, the other is my work shop.
We hoping to move either mid-November or mid-December. Main issue is Adrienne's retirement funding.
